3. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel a subscription or paid service according to the terms of the selected plan.

If a subscription is cancelled:

• It will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• No additional recurring charges will be made after cancellation.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued simply because a listing did not receive inquiries, views, sales, or expected business results.

• Duplicate payment for the same service.

• Payment processed successfully but the purchased service was never activated due to a verified platform issue.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

• It will generally be processed within 7–14 business days.
• The time required for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Subscription Renewals

Where applicable, subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Users are responsible for managing their subscription settings and cancelling before renewal if they do not wish to continue.

9. Buyer and Seller Transactions

Damcha Hub acts only as an online marketplace and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

Damcha Hub is not responsible for refunds, returns, exchanges, warranties, shipping issues, product quality, or disputes relating to products or services sold by independent sellers.

Buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve such matters directly.

10. Fraudulent Payments

Damcha Hub reserves the right to:

• Reject suspicious transactions.
• Cancel fraudulent orders.
